As Chief Information Officer (CIO) at SCAN, I oversee our information technology (IT) department providing direction and support to our IT teams including Digital Strategy, Business Intelligence, IT Infrastructure, Project Management, Consumer Experience, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Application Development. My goal is to leverage our technology investments to meet the individual needs of seniors now and in the future. SCAN Health Plan is one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit Medicare Advantage plans.
