Corporate real estate background as Vice President over an international real estate portfolio where he completed transactions with an aggregate value of over $325 million. Transactions included the lease financing of a 1.2 million SF headquarters building, a 300,000 SF CBD office lease, the roll out of a national broadband network and the acquisition and disposition of a diverse portfolio of international real estate assets. Achievements: Named a Commercial Real Estate "Heavy Hitter" by the Austin Business Journal. His team's representation of 104,000 square foot client was nominated for the 2016 "Office Lease Transaction of the Year". Has authored articles for the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Directory News, and Houston Business Journal and has presented for organizations including the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and the Texas A&M Mays Graduate Business School.
