Since then, the company has grown to include five industrial parks in China as well as four R&D and manufacturing centers in the United States, Germany, India and Brazil. Additionally, SANY has 24 sales companies worldwide and employs over 60,000 people in more than 120 countries.

Proven in start up and traditional corporate environments on a global level in OEM and retail organizations. Front line leader utlizing servant based skillset fostering high sense of urgency yielding anticipated results. Specialties: cultural catalyst, year on year sales growth, operations management, cost containment, marketing strategy, mergers and acquisitions, quality control, asset management, sales training. Currently serving as advisor to URH2 metal hydride technologies outside of current employment responsibilities.
