I am particularly strong in establishing international sourcing operations in Asia. For example, I optimized S&C Electric’s China operation with a 44% decrease in supplier PPM, 8% cost reduction, 98% on-time delivery rate, and strong NPI support for the Asian market. I established and managed Continental Packaging Solutions’ China operations and legal entity from staffing and functional alignment to office infrastructure and human resources. As Interim Director of Supply Chain, Asia based at Invensys Controls China location in Shanghai, I streamlined the supply chain, localized procurement, and positioned the facility for sale. Earlier in my career at FMC Technologies Sweden, I created a spend analysis and a long-range sourcing plan that more than tripled the cost savings rate in just two years.
