Experience in this complicated and ever-changing world of real estate is incredible valuable. No two transactions are remotely the same. My expertise and attention to detail will undoubtedly create a positive and winning situation for my clients, whether it involves buying or selling a home. I am a seasoned real estate agent, licensed in 1999, I have worked with old houses, new construction, land, contract for deed, and existing properties. I specialize is the Twin Cities area, especially the West and Southwest suburbs and areas in Southwest and South Minneapolis. My network of agents, inspectors, and loan officers has been carefully selected over the years to encompass the best of the best. The end result and final goal is to have gushing, happy, exuberant clients who will recommend me and my team again and again. - I love to learn. My goal is to read 3-4 books/month. Currently I am reading Visioneering by Andy Stanley, Winning with People by John Maxwell, Creating the Not So Big House by Sarah Susanka. -I love to watch for trends. I have some unique ability in my "gut"​ to select up-and-coming trends for the future....and the future is now! - I wear many hats in my day. I'm a negotiator, project manager, marketer, strategist, communicator, navigator of new technology, life-loving student of life, mom, volunteer....just to name a few. -It may sound cliche, but I love working with people. It's my fuel that keeps my going. It's important for me to love what I do....life is too short and time is too valuable. I cherish each and every day. -I have big thoughts and ideas.
