RPM International Inc. is a multinational holding company with subsidiaries that manufacture and market high-performance coatings, sealants and specialty chemicals.

Currently Vice President at RPM Performance Coatings Group (Division of RPM International) Rejoined RPM International after a 4 year assignment as General Manager at Hycrete, Inc. (construction chemicals & concrete admixtures). Originally worked 14 years with RPM’s ($5 Billion) Performance Coatings Division ($1.6 Billion). In that time expanded role from Product/Project Engineer to International Business Development Manager to Operations Manager of European Operations to Managing Director of Stonhard Europe, living in the Middle East and Europe. Most recently before rejoining was Director of Corporate Development, responsible for acquisition activity for the group, seeking out domestic and international acquisition candidates, as well as joint venture partners while assisting in establishing operations in new international markets. David holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern Executive MBA Program. Specialties include expansion of service based companies operating in industrial and commercial sectors.
