For procurement to remain relevant in the coming decades we must adopt and adapt technology to streamline processes and free up time to engage in meaningful supplier collaboration that helps to make the business competitive. To support that goal, I've led multiple technology implementations from the functional and IT perspective to enhance business process and streamline the daily tasks that are a key part of procurement, but waste a lot of valuable time. I’ve helped companies improve their procurement process at all levels - from taking companies with paper PO's to a fully streamlined P2P system, implementing processes that mitigate risk, provide data analytics, and help manage supplier relationships. I believe in engaging all stakeholder in the transformation - Buyer, Finance, CEO, COO, Operations Management, Quality, Legal and the admin who keeps them all functioning. And last, but not least, training.
