Having developed many award winning companies and products. Helen straddles the world of business, innovation and enjoys academia. Helen spent 5 years as Programme Director at Henley Business School, to set up the worlds first MBA for the Music & Creative sector (her work she affectionately sites as being the most important in her career to date and will be forever grateful to Professor John Board for his support) following her desire to help strengthen the strategic and leadership capabilities of the sector. This work changed the attitude of the creative sector towards executive development recognising along with great ideas you need strong business capabilities to ensure success. As a result of this work and the vast press and pr that followed this work Henley Business School is regarded as the spiritual home of the creative sector to this day. Helen later became the VP at ACM and Dean of the business school.Helen is now focussing on her Tech company Rotolight an award winning , SME family business delivering IP rich technology in the Broadcast, Film, Video & Photography sectors.
