Truong Bui is a Partner at Roland Berger. Based in Singapore and Vietnam he leads the Transportation Competence Center in the region. He has a decade-long experience in South-East Asia in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. Truong serves leading corporations, local conglomerates, state-owned enterprises, and multinationals on strategic planning and organic and inorganic growth issues. Truong continues to explore new frontier markets in Vietnam. Over the last few years, he supported the provincial government in Vietnam by designing a 20-year strategic vision plan. This included identifying key competitive edges and developing an economic and social plan for the province. He is also a regular speaker at port and shipping conference in the region.
