Professional Bio – Jason Y. Choi - Senior Director, Global Supply Chain, Micron Technology, Inc. - Director, Supply Chain - Singapore, Micron Technology, Inc. - Director, Global Supply Management, GLOBALFOUNDRIES - Director / Senior Manager, Global Procurement Strategy, LG Electronics - Manager, Program Manager, Integrated Supply Chain, IBM Jason has experience and education background in supply chain management and procurement. He currently works at Micron, serving as the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain based in Boise, ID - USA. Prior to his current roles @Micron, he served as the Director - Head of Global Operational Excellence department @GLOBALFOUNDRIES in its global supply management organization based in Singapore. He also worked at LGE HQ Seoul, Korea as the Director of Global Procurement Strategy, reporting to CPO. His previous missions in supply chain include organizational transformation, P2P central operations, global policy & procedures, HQ reporting & measurements, ERP systems, organization capability & development, and strategic sourcing projects. Prior to moving to Asia, Jason worked at IBM Integrated Supply Chain Organization in the USA for nine years. His service at IBM included worldwide supply chain planning/S&OP, customer fulfillment, transformation projects, and strategic partner contract support in its semiconductor business as well as HQ procurement planing in its services business . Jason earned his MBA from the Pennsylvania State University in Supply Chain Management and BS from Boston University in Manufacturing Engineering. His other education credential include Executive Certification of Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University. Jason is born in Korea but lived & built his career both in the USA and Asia. He is a fluent bilingual in Korean and English.
