Heidi Wissmiller was the Chief Growth Officer of Rodan + Fields the leading skincare brand in North America. Under her leadership the brand experienced unprecedented growth of over $1 Billion. As the Chief Growth Officer Heidi worked in collaboration with R+F's new equity partner TPG to create a sustainable global growth strategy for an omnichannel experience. During her tenure with R+F and prior to becoming Chief Growth Officer, Heidi was Chief Operating Officer of Global Field Sales and Operations. In this role she was responsible for global revenue and grew R+F's powerful community of entrepreneurs to over 300,000 and their customer base to over 1.8MM. Heidi successfully created the vision for and launched R+F Virtual platform of which she is the co-inventor of two patents and the recipient of an Effie Award. She and her team partnered with visionary companies such as Salesforce's Einstein AI Community and Service Clouds as well as IBM Watson Media. This empowered Heidi's vision for a best in class CRM and Live Stream Ecommerce platform leveraging the power of AI to ensure personalization and engagement. Through the execution of this innovative approach to relationship selling R+F was selected as a Salesforce Convention 2018 Keynote Trailblazer for "Winning the Digital Experience Race" as well as Heidi as a Keynote at IBM's Think Convention for "R+F Watson Live Stream" Heidi was recruited by Kornferry to R+F with more than 25 years in experience in the Consumer Products Industry with companies such as: PepsiCo, RJR Nabisco and the E&J Gallo Winery. Heidi is currently an Independent Director at Nature's Sunshine a public wellness company as well as a Trustee for The New York Film Academy's 10 ARTS Foundation.
