I am a hard working, dedicated and experienced individual who thrives on helping others achieve results through facilitation, coaching and support. My 'customers' are extremely important to me. I work hard to build trust and rapport between us, creating long-lasting business relationships. I fit extremely well into a team environment however I am also happy to work on an individual basis if required for a particular task or project. No matter what, I can be relied upon to get the job done with the required results. My background in sales has enabled me to understand what is important to both the salesperson and the customer - I use this daily in my role. Throughout my training career I have designed and delivered sales training material as well as material for 'soft skill' development. My experience as a trainer in recent years as well as my qualification as an NVQ assessor has helped me understand and use the right methods to get the best results - right from learning, needs analysis, through to evalution and follow up.
