I have been fortunate to enjoy a balanced engineering and management career that has included key positions with worldwide known companies and organizations. Over my career, I have been utilizing mechanical engineering expertise gained within major corporations in managing their facilities for equipments such as: Chillers, Cooling Towers, Dehumidifiers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, HVAC Controls, Pumps, Generators, Sub Stations, Air Compressors, Dust Collectors and Differential Pressure Monitors among others; and overseeing projects for local and federal government, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare and commercial clients. I am skilled in all areas of management, including scheduling, budgeting, planning, cost control, conflict resolution, direct supervision, scope estimation, risk assessment, quality control, procurement, communication, human resources, team building, motivation, leadership, training personnel and problem solving, backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on-budget, low down time, low resources consuming and efficient facilities and projects.
