As Director of Procurement and Contracts Management, I am responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to procurement practices and operational support for the contract management and compliance activities. I have developed procedures, relationships and centralized policies related to the procurement of goods and services to ensure best practices and economies of scale are realized. I also actively evaluate and document performance of procurement projects and programs in terms of quantifiable savings achieved and/or value added. I develop, communicate and maintain centralized policies and procedures related to contracts, bidding, risk management and compliance to ensure consistency across the brands.
