As an executive leader at companies ranging from start-ups to major corporations, I have built my reputation as the person who can lead companies through the unknown, including complex, large-scale, strategic initiatives that transform the way they do business. I have the keen ability to formulate vision, architect an executive plan, connect the dots across an organization, and lead teams to deliver results in record time. My passion lies in bringing order to chaos by building effective methods and aligning teams and executives to more effectively operate and scale. I love to build new programs, teams, departments, and processes that transform the company’s DNA. At the end of the day, three things matter – Employees, Customers, and Finances. My business acumen gives me the ability to understand all aspects of the company at a deep level, including the analysis on bottom line impact. My background in customer engagement and marketing has me constantly focused on the customer experience. Noted areas of achievement include: • Launched the RingCentral & Avaya partnership for both companies and completed it in 5 months. This strategic initiative involved the alignment of both companies’ practices across all departments (Product, Sales, Sales Ops, Quote to Cash, Finance, Procurement, Professional Services, Support, Customer Success). • Successfully integrated acquired companies in record time, concurrently across 10 departments with less than 1 month notice. • Built the first Program Management Office of 25 employees for the Product and Engineering division. • Built efficiencies including dependency management, tool optimization, automation of reporting, and key metrics. • Built customer engagement initiatives including Customer Advisory Boards, customer advocacy programs, voice of customer initiatives, and the company’s first user conference.
