We're a startup investment firm focused exclusively on the pre-seed stage. With a portfolio of 600+ pre-seed investments and growing. Pre-seed isn't our farm system; it's our bread and butter. It's all we've done, all day, every day, since 2012. We focus on US and Canadian companies. We do make some investments in Western Europe, Israel, and Australia, typically via accelerators or other partners. We strive to treat founders the way we would want to be treated. We don't waste time. If we're not going to invest, we say so as quickly as possible. If we are going to invest, we just get it done without delays.

RSCM manages a seed-stage investment fund. We make 75-200 investments per year into capital efficient, seed-stage technology startups. Our typical investment size is $25k - $250k. We are generally willing to make investments at a much earlier stage than most investors. The earliest we invest is at the idea on paper stage. The latest we tend to invest is when a company has a developed prototype and is beginning to test in the market. Anything beyond that is too late for us! We invest anywhere in the US. Although we are based in San Francisco, most of our investments are made outside of Silicon Valley.
