I am an experienced wine industry executive with a significant record of success. I have worked with some of the industry's most acclaimed wineries including Ridge Vineyards, Bonny Doon, and Penfolds. I have built dynamic, collaborative teams that have accomplished important objectives. *Increased winery revenue at Ridge by 132% from $17 million in 2005 to $39.5 million in 2022, without increasing volume. *Per Wine Services, Ridge was the 4th most distributed fine wine brand in the U.S. in top restaurants in 2020. *At Bonny Doon increased sales revenue by 68% between 2001 and 2003 to $22 Million leading to a multi-million dollar transaction. Based on the quality of marketing, public relations, and distribution executed by my teams, we received numerous industry accolades. *Ridge Vineyards was Awarded Best Fine Wine Producer in the Americas by Liquid Icons at the Golden Vines Awards in 2021, and again in 2022. *Drinks International named Ridge as one of the Most Admired Wine Brands in the World for ten consecutive years, 2012-2021, and the Most Admired Brand in North America. *Bonny Doon's ‘Big House’ was awarded Impact's Hot Brand Award in 2003. As President at Ridge, I lead important initiatives in carbon reduction, the development of a strategic roadmap for the winery’s IT, and the development of the winery’s strategic vision. The winery completed a total appraisal of its GHG emissions in 2022 and passed an external audit leading to Silver Level membership in International Wineries for Climate Action (IWCA).
