Proposals and contracts director with over 17 years of experience in clinical research. Participates in company strategic goal setting and strategy execution through regular interaction with CEO and other company executives. Manages business portfolio totaling approximately $200M with oversight of cradle to grave planning, capture, proposal, and contract activities. Experienced in overseeing multiple, concurrent proposal teams in a matrixed environment to create professional, compliant, and timely proposals combining analysis of client needs with company capabilities to generate technical win themes and price to win strategies. Facilitates successful transition from preaward to postaward and maintains client relationships to build bank of repeat business and enable successful recompetition.
