I’m a 20 year IT veteran, from my beginnings on the help desk at the CDC to my latest marketing and product management adventures at Exact Market. My career has spanned many roles – sys admin, help desk, project manager, writer, trainer, tech marketer - and my collection of skills and passion for the customer ultimately led me to product marketing. I enjoy the intersection of tech and business and serve as a translator between the two worlds: working with brilliant PM and engineers on features and functions and connecting those to real business objectives. And more importantly, acting the customer evangelist into the product division to provide direction and feedback.
