While focused on these objectives, I seek to identify the best solutions and manage the successful collaboration of key project deliverables including the software, hardware, business process and technical expertise. I’ve been fortunate to be a part of organizations and teams who are diligent and fully committed to helping customers achieve their expected results and who view customer satisfaction as the principal metric of success. EXPLORE: I've never been burdened with the notion of having to have all the answers, but fifteen years of helping companies has taught me what questions to ask and in what direction those answers usually reside. I get invigorated learning the uniqueness of each customer and mutually exploring ways to get better. UNDERSTAND: Everyone brings their own perspective to the table and approach for resolving a issue that may be plaguing a business and making the operation run more efficiently. The most important thing is that everyone is able to bring their ideas to the process and develop a full picture of the challenges and improvement opportunities. This is where I get to involve the really smart people who I work with to add their valuable insight and expertise to the process. IMPROVE: True progress is realized when we continue talking AND start doing. Specifically, identifying solutions that will bring significant impact to the bottom line and laying out a plan for how to get there. KEEP IMPROVING: We are all relegated to a finite amount of time and resources.
