Over the years I have worked on a wide variety of successful product launches for both web and mobile applications. I have a particular love for designing and delivering sophisticated solutions which are simple to use for end-users. Consumer engagement is a passion of mine, and I believe there is no use creating the cleverest solutions in the world if normal people don’t enjoy using them. Much of my career has been focussed on the area of ecommerce, including my present role at Rezolve, where I currently lead a team of UX and product professionals in designing, developing and delivering a suite of mobile marketing and ecommerce apps. My role there breaks down into two parts: firstly working with the clients to fully get to grips with their real pain points, and then translating that into wireframes, prototypes and designs that the product and engineering teams can get stuck into. Effective communication at all levels is key to my success in the role, and it’s a challenge I particularly relish.
