I have been in the Financial Services Industry for 26 years. I have held a variety of positions, in both operations, and sales and service. The last 17 years have been in senior management at Redwood Credit Union. Redwood Credit Union is a $7+billion organization with 800 employees. The positions I have held at a senior level include management and leadership over our branch network and sales operations, service, corporate real estate, strategic planning and administration, and project planning. I have also served as both the Chief Lending Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Currently, I am the Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Redwood Credit Union, I held a Management position at United Parcel Service, in sales, in their contact center and also in pricing analytics.
