As the Chief People Officer at State Employees Credit Union of New Mexico, I lead the strategic planning and execution of human resources, recruiting, and training programs that support the growth and development of our diverse and talented workforce. I have nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, talent development, compliance, and risk management. I am a values-driven leader who believes in leading with courage, authenticity, and vulnerability.
