Senior Leader responsible for aligning business strategy with technology, optimizing IT investments, minimizing risk, justifying economic value, and maintaining business systems and functions. Provides the vision and direction for the IT department which encompasses: creating a customer focused high-performing culture, virtual team building and development, end user support services, infrastructure & operations, telecommunications, application development, technology solutions, and security/risk management. Coordinates, facilitates, and consults with business leaders to identify strategic opportunities and related initiatives. Ensures all information services and technology solutions are efficient, align with business priorities, are secure from external and internal threats, and add value to the Company. Primary responsibilities include developing IT strategy, building and managing a combined team of internal & 3rd party resources, business application ownership including multiple ERP environments, Field Service Platforms, CRMs, Inspection Software, Central Station Monitoring Suite, as well as all infrastructure involving on-premise, collocated and cloud components. Experienced across a wide spectrum of disciplines including requirements gathering, product selection & procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, implementations, integrations, application development, datacenter design & replacement, network redesign, SDWAN, VOIP, SIP, O365, and collaboration solutions. Extensive experience with mergers & acquisitions having lead 50+ integrations of acquired or divested companies, ranging in size from $3M - $350M.
