Reddit is an online community where users submit, vote, and comment on content, stories, and discussions. The hottest stories as determined by the community through discussions and voting rise to the top of the site, while cooler stories sink.

As the founding engineer of Reddit, I helped build it, sold it, and have recently come back with the other co-founders to fix it. I’m looking for engineers who are passionate about working on complex problems to fuel the next wave of Reddit’s growth.
