•Implemented and directed EDI database creation (X12 and EDIFACT formats) for multiple trading partners (OEM). •Conduct all EDI testing and coordinate all trading partner (OEM) implementation activities. •Established/maintain interface of EDI database with ERP systems •Monitor/recommend improvements for process refinement and technology upgrades related to EDI. •Coordinate troubleshooting and analysis for all aspects of customer requirements, communications and processes regarding EDI and electronic commerce. •Provided training in departments and other key positions that will be impacted by EDI & ecommerce transactions. •Formulated, wrote, and implemented system process customization manuals. •Maintain systems backup functions and daily backup tape rotations. •Troubleshooting, maintenance and process development for all radio frequency handheld devices and software. •Key member in launch of new Distribution Center. •Coordinate all areas of customer bar-coded shipping label processes and requirements. •Back up in answering and responding to internal helpdesk requests and issues. •Develop and maintain electronic forms.
