Responsible for the overall management and administration of a full service banking office, including product sales, operations, lending, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives. Develop new deposit and loan business; provide a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guiding and motivating staff. Identify and develop relationships with potential customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Provide leadership, training and supervision; attain established Bank and branch goals through active participation in sales management and business development and officer call programs. Participate in community events and activities to increase RCB’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities.
