Henry has extensive experience in leading businesses that are developing high impact digital products and services from the ground up, with a central focus on next generation marketplaces. Henry's background in psychology complements his passion for people and team development as a leader. He has managed digital teams across Europe, USA, Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand, integrating new digital technologies for commercial purposes in multiple languages. Henry has more than 25 years of experience in the digital media space. Joining REA Group in 2009 as Chief Product Officer, he has had the privilege of leading the Consumer Experience and Customer Product teams alongside their engineering teams; the Strategy and M&A teams, together with CEO & board roles domestically and abroad; across REA Group for more than 14 years. He has a passion for sociological and digital trends and a keen understanding of how the real estate industry can benefit from the evolving digital media landscape. He is also a co-inventor for a digital marketing patent. As a passionate cyclist, Henry has supported charity cycling events including the Amy Gillett Foundation, Chain Reaction, MS Australia and other social impact initiatives including Orange Sky & International Red Cross.
