I’m an experienced hands-on C-Level Executive (CIO/COO/Transformation Director) skilled at managing complex programmes and running diverse operational teams. My skills are sector agnostic, I pride myself taking a hands-on approach to support whilst ensuring my Team are empowered. The customer is key, and delivering excellence is critical to success. Highly adaptable – taking on Facilities across multiple sites and running large agile development teams across digital/omni-channel customer contact areas. Implementing new technologies giving organisations an edge fascinates me. Experience in: legacy replacement, data migration, contact centre and digital and also new emerging technologies: “Internet of Things”, “streaming analytics” and “Boomi”. I look to business to drive the outcome of technology not the other way around, I always look for business benefit from anything new. I’ve run single complex programmes and portfolios (>50 projects); budget experience of >£100m and teams >300 in multinational jurisdictions. DP is changing leading to GDPR in 2018, I’ve helped get organisations to understand what’s needed to deliver IS and DP. I look to ensure the best outcome for both with large scale contracts as a partnership. Focussing on building relationships turning around problems into long term partners.
