Career Information Technology professional for over 20 years. Started in Windows Support - Desktop Engineering and branched off into several other skills within the field over the years to ensure I never missed out on any opportunity or challenge and grow my knowledge base. Have worked with IBM OS390, mainframe, Windows AD, Unix, Linux, AIX, HP-UX, SAN, networking, Oracle, many web facing applications, Apache, Websphere, Weblogic and currently manage CMDB Discovery Operations for TIAA. I have also gained a huge amount of knowledge from the project and business side of the IT industry. Worked on many high profile projects that had huge customer impact and enjoyed the success of each one where I had a part in making sure every project met the goal once it was delivered. My goals now are to continue this journey and to ensure I can grow my career choice and always look for opportunities to innovate, create, and advance in whatever role I may have. Ultimately - I love working with technology and the people I have worked with, met, and continue to meet make this career still fun and fulfilling. I have gained knowledge over the past 3 years in CMDB and Service Now as TIAA has decided to align with Service Now as our CMDB provider.
