In 2012, I was promoted to Office Manager and since then the role has evolved into a busy and diverse one, covering a range of tasks from all aspects of HR, office administration, facilities management, client administration support for teams however, more importantly, supporting the Head of Office, David Jupp (previously Sean Raftery). I have had the opportunity to be involved in several company-wide projects, including being part of an Administration Working Group which was set up to help provide better working processes for the company, teams and ultimately, our clients. I have also helped create a number of documents including guidance on Offshore Bonds, a New Account Tracker, and new employee starter packs. Having worked in administration positions for over 25 years, in various industries from fashion to engineering and construction, I found I settled very quickly into the corporate world and haven't looked back! Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my young family including our mad puppy. If I’m not planning our weekend activities, I am planning our travels around the world.
