Vice President of Luxury Travel Advisor, The Informed Traveler, Travel Agent, LuxuryTravelAdvisor.com, TravelAgentCentral.com and MeetingSpotlight.com. Specialties: Finding synergies with digital and print content to produce audience-engaging media. I use Google Analytics and Parse.ly and all social media networks to track trending content and to maintain and increase traffics to all of our websites. Relaunching print publications to be more appealing to contemporary readers; these titles include Travel Agent magazine and Hotel Management (formerly Hotel/Motel Management). Conference Programming: I program content for the Questex travel conferences, from creating compelling topics, researching and securing speakers and moderating engaging panels to create memorable and profitable events. My participation in these important events also includes surveying our audience prior to the conference with engaging questions and creating keynote presentations to kick off each event; these provide the audience with a good, sound basis for talking points throughout, and after, the conference. I am also resourceful in helping to secure higher attendances at our conferences on both the buyer and supplier sides. Staff Development: I'm an expert in the hospitality and travel industries and in luxury travel in particular and one of my passions is training new writers to bring them in to the professional world of publishing.
