I have implemented an email security system, SEIM for 24/7 monitoring, alerting, and network segmentation and maintained patching on all clients with 92 % compliance. I implemented ServiceNow for Incidents, service catalog, change management, and problem management. I increased the service desk's first call resolution by 80% by training end users and the level one service desk. I reduced audit exceptions by 97 % by creating onboarding and off-boarding workflows and utilizing standard templates to create accounts. Set up weekly CAB meetings, mandated change requests for critical applications and infrastructure, and implemented software for auditing segregation of duties.
