I am a strategic Healthcare Finance Leader with success aligning operational strategy with core business objectives. For 12 years I lead the finance operations for Prime Healthcare, a National health system, supporting their growth from $1B to over $6B in net revenue. Since Nov 2020 I have been the System CFO for Palomar Health. As an effective decision maker, I am adept at building finance functions that fully support business operations. I understand the healthcare field from the ground up with experience aligning multiple business functions to build the platform of a successful integrated health system. I drive the continuous process improvements to enhance quality of care delivery in cost effective manner with improved EBITDA and bottom-line profitability.
