Proven executive leadership and expertise in cost engineering (EVMS), scheduling / planning, risk analysis, estimating, and system development with interface to procurement and accounting. Over twenty nine years of office and field experience in project controls & estimating (upstream / midstream / downstream / infrastructure), to include chemical plants, LNG, refineries, onshore / offshore pipelines, offshore platforms, power plants, heavy highway, civil marine, and dredging work with both operating and contracting companies, as well as extensive formal training in the construction industry. Business travel experience includes Thailand, China, Argentina, Caribbean, Mexico, Malaysia, Monaco, India, Germany, Pacific NW including Alaska, North Dakota, Eastern Seaboard, and the Gulf Coast region.
