I utilize my 20 year engineering experience in manufacturing where we routinely utilized data and process engineering skills to solve difficult problems and improve systems. We used to hammer away statistically at problems, but data science has changed the game. We now use predictive modeling to do the heavy lifting and find the key variables that matter much quicker. We then utilize statistical methods to dive deeper on these signals to understand the root cause and help you make better decisions. We have assembled and utilize multiple platforms to handle the heavy lifting. We focus primarily on healthcare outcomes, but the beauty is we can point these platforms at any problem.
