Post Holdings, Inc. is a consumer packaged goods holding company that manufactures, distributes, and markets a wide range of ready-to-eat cereal products.

I have been a mechanical engineer for over thirty years and have held increasing more challenging engineering and management positions in a variety of food processing facilities. My career started as an associate project engineer. I built custom food and non-food equipment and obtained two U.S. patents. I have also held the titles of project engineer, senior project engineer, maintenance manager, packaging manager, project manager, engineering manager, technical manager, supply chain manager, and director of engineering. I am currently director of operations for a large, growing producer of store branded foods that include syrup, sauces, preserves and jellies, and salsa.
