Prior to that, I was a Growth Insights & Analytics Manager in the Snacks Division, where I owned syndicated data capabilities including marketing mix modeling, consumer segmentation and market structures, product assortment and emerging growth area identification. Prior to General Mills, I worked for Kohl's Department Stores as an Assistant Store Manager. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
