James is Co-founder of Polecat - the company behind the Polecat Risk Intelligence Platform (www.polecat.com). He was previously Microsoft’s Head of Innovation in the UK where he worked with the software development industry, entrepreneurs, investors, academia and the Government to help Microsoft build its role as a key enabler for innovation in the UK. Prior to that James was responsible for the Public Sector Consultancy Services Business for Microsoft in the UK and before that he was a senior officer in the Royal Air Force.
