Offering executive "end to end" global supply chain experience (sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and manufacturing) Mr. Shadpour has produced profitable growth with a focus on efficiency and lowering of total life-cycle costs. Internationally, Mr. Shadpour has worked for four years in Europe and Middle East on supplier recovery, by advising C-suite executives of some of the largest Aerospace companies in the world and becoming their trusted consultant. Mr. Shadpour has designed Supply Chains from the ground up for new product introductions including for Boeing’s 737MAX, 777X, and 787-10. A visionary change-agent, Mr. Shadpour rapidly identifies operational opportunities and aligns strategy to purpose while delivering tactical requirements. Mr. Shadpour has demonstrated success in implementation of operations planning and lean methodologies.
