Born in and raised around Dayton, Ohio. Moved to Columbus to attend Ohio State. Worked 3 years in Columbus after graduating before moving to Wichita, KS in 1980 to work for the Garvey real estate companies. Left their employment in March 1983 to "go out on my own". Knowledge of corporate and real estate acquisitions, real estate development, software development, wireless broadband deployment, LED signs, organizational structure, legal and accounting reviews, equity and debt placement, strategic planning.
