A graduate of UCLA in 2000 and of Keller Graduate School of Management in 2012, I have been in the field of training and development/organizational development/HR for the past 10+ years . A true believer in the business idea of, Culture Trumps Everything, I believe that people are a companies greatest asset and that why you do something matters just as much as what you do. Great customer service and customer experience ultimately impacts the bottom line. I believe that investing in human capital is a competitive advantage and a business strategy that is crucial to an organization's success. Professional objectives include working with senior level leadership and organizational teams to maximize their human potential through effective leadership, coaching, team-building, conflict resolution, & performance management initiatives. I assist firms in leveraging their human capital through training and development in order to link strategy to operations. I have introduced organizational health metrics into HR to elevate sophistication and move towards being strategic.
