I've was in the accounting/human resoures department for the last three yeas , handling Payroll, Cash Receipts, A/P & A/R, Billing, Employee relations, n Workers Comp, Cobra, Health & Liability Insurance.I reported directly to the President. As Client Service Representative I had over 20 years of experience, I provided support to members of our sales team, ensuring all sales and service objectives are met. I was the direct liaison between many of our clients and our production team. I was responsible for all client service objectives, including but not limited to answering client questions pertaining to the production of their order and following up with jobs already scheduled for production, providing daily status reports of all jobs in production to each salesperson and Client Service Manager, generating repeat business through successful client follow-up and aiding clients with fulfillment distribution Excel spreadsheets. I also prepared the billing of invoices to clients as well as collect on past due invoices, and assist in the training of all new Client Service Representatives and other associates. I recently was laid off after 26 years with EMCO/FGS and i am now looking for a position with a company that would like a diverse , dedicated employee that will be an asset to their company.
