I do this by managing engineers, developing software, and designing products.I specialize in creating and maintaining user-centric product processes with modern software at their core. I find that engineers who understand products top to bottom make better development decisions, and so I focus on & excel at helping technical teams understand all aspects of their product and process.I keep my teams happy, productive, and growing. I distribute ownership to experts, cultivate professionalism, and value input from the whole team. Teams I manage move fast, break as little as possible, and leave a smile on everyone's face.Outside of work, I'm a music performer, composer, producer, and studio engineer. I'm also interested in philosophy of mind, education, economics, activism, linguistics, and literature/film. And most of all, I'm always on your side.
