I’m a business leader with 9+ years of experience in the for-profit and non-profit startup sectors. Some areas I have a strong track record of experience with include: -Partnering with c-suite leaders -Setting product strategy -Managing diverse teams -Leading products and projects of all sizes -Scaling company-wide operations and sales functions -Leading HR & Recruiting -Engaging deeply with customers and users Currently, I work for Pathrise (YC 2017), a remote startup that connects job seekers across 15 different industries with world class mentorship to land a new career (2k+ job seekers placed so far). The program is free upfront and our customers only pay us back when they’re hired. I started as the third full-time employee and first operations hire. In my role as Head of Operations, I managed HR, recruiting, operations, customer success, and sales. I then served as Chief of Staff to our CEO overseeing strategic planning/OKR tracking, internal communications, and special projects while continuing to manage HR & recruiting as Head of People. In Jan of 2023, I started a new role as Senior Product Manager. One of the principles that guides my work is giving up my legos and I'm proud to share that the individuals leading our Growth, Sales, and Program Operations teams were all my former direct reports. Previously, I helped start a new nonprofit with three other women dedicated to promoting civil discourse and national healing by bringing together individuals with different perspectives to learn from one another. Before that, I worked at another nonprofit where I managed 40+ university partnerships for a $3.2 million grant and managed a team that organized 500 educational events in 3 years.
