Karen has been in the marketing and advertising world for over 12 years. She started her career working as an intern for the St. Paul Saints Professional Minor League Baseball team and has worked for a variety BtoB companies, as well as volunteering her time to non-profit organizations, helping them develop and shape their unique voice and brand. With an MBA in Marketing, Karen specializes in all facets of marketing from brand creation, positioning, and crisis management to customer and employee engagement, social media, web design and user experience. No stranger to out of the box thinking, she has been known to utter the phrase, 'I know this isn't the standard way of doing things, but hear me out', on more than one occasion.
