I am an IT specialist with an interest in building the most effective workforces possible. For over 6 years, I have been helping businesses build websites and diagnose problems such as repairing computers and give the most possible convenience to a user. My skills include computer repairs, active directory, O365, server management, VoIP phones, and network securities. Colleagues know me as a very determined teammate who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can and often do work well alone, but I am at my best collaborating with others. When I am not on the job, I love going to the gym with my friends and learning about new things every day; learning is a huge priority in my life. I am a college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems.
