Throughout my career, I have worked diligently to develop teams while providing them with the tools and resources needed to serve our customers and achieve organizational goals. As Vice President of Product Marketing with Pall Corporation, I work closely with our general manager to drive business unit decision making and ensure that all departments are working seamlessly to develop, launch, and market our products. With a strong aptitude for building relationships shaped by my earlier sales and account management career, I establish alliances that maximize organizational savings and grow market share. A strong proponent of lean methodologies and continuous improvement, I have enjoyed identifying ways to reduce waste and improve productivity. As the lead of our $400M business unit strategic plan development, I collaborate across all functions to gather insights and transform them into actionable roadmaps that align with business goals. I am fully committed to ongoing professional development for myself as well as my staff, and have embraced the opportunity to work toward my Executive MBA. I will finish the program this spring, but have been applying the principles, tools, and best practices to continually add value as an executive leader.
