Senior Analyst, Real Estate Investments

Pacific Life Insurance Company is a financial service company which provides life insurance products, annuities, mutual funds, investment products and services.

I am a first-year MBA student in the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the Wisconsin School of Business. Prior to attending business school I worked at a startup, Colorado Federal Building & Investment ("CFBI"), that financed home building across the country. I was employee #2 at the startup and functioned as the Operations Manager for three years. I managed a team of five responsible for the daily operations of the company. My work at CFBI was very entrepreneurial. I helped create the accounting and reporting systems, the worksheets used for project analysis, and many other documents and processes used during daily operations. During my tenure CFBI invested over $200mm and realized portfolio growth of over 500%. I'm currently seeking internships in private equity real estate for the summer of 2017.
