With over 8 years experience as a HR Generalist, I perform recruiting, benefits administration, succession planning, driving positive employee relations by maintaining positive corporate culture. I monitor and ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws. I am responsible to ensure partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures, and to emphasize a culture of safety.
